Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on April 6, 2023, found that Tender Care Hospice PA had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed February 13, 2023.
